Who is responsible for the student account?

Provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. Where the learner is a child, their parent or guardian is responsible for approving the subscription and coordinating relevant decisions and communication with the platform.

How do you choose a teacher and learning plan?

You choose from the teachers available on the platform. A supervisor can help you compare suitable options.

Male students study with male teachers. Women and girls may choose a male or female teacher, subject to availability.

You can purchase flexible lesson packages for memorization, revision, or recitation improvement, or an available course with a defined learning goal. Each lesson is a private, one-to-one session lasting 30 minutes. A one-hour appointment requires two confirmed, consecutive bookings with the same teacher.

What does free supervision include?

Your supervisor helps you choose a teacher, organize your learning goals and plan in coordination with the teacher, and address difficulties that affect your progress or consistency.

Supervision is free; lessons are paid. Free supervision does not mean round-the-clock human support.

How do payment and booking work?

Check the selected service, price, currency, discount, and final total before paying through an available official payment method.

Purchasing a subscription gives you lesson credits. You then book available times through the teacher’s calendar. A purchase alone does not reserve a particular appointment.

Check the booking date, time, and time zone. Subscriptions do not renew automatically; continuing requires a new purchase.

How long are packages and courses valid?

Validity begins on the payment date:

• Flexible lesson packages: 60 days.
• Three-month courses: an additional 14-day grace period to complete remaining lessons.
• Six-month courses: an additional 30-day grace period to complete remaining lessons.

A grace period does not provide extra free lessons. Course certificates are issued after the required learning activities, assessment, and final test have been completed. Purchasing a course does not guarantee memorization within a fixed timeframe.

When can you cancel a lesson without using a credit?

Cancel at least six full hours before the scheduled start, and the lesson will be returned to your subscription balance at no charge.

If you cancel with less than six hours’ notice or do not attend, the lesson is counted as used unless the platform approves an emergency exception.

If you arrive late, the lesson still ends at its original scheduled time. Any extension is at the teacher’s discretion.

What if the teacher is late or absent?

If the teacher cancels or misses the session, the lesson is returned to your balance.

• Up to five minutes late: you receive the full lesson duration.
• More than five and up to ten minutes late: you may choose a full-length lesson or rescheduling.
• More than ten minutes late: the session is treated as a teacher absence.

What happens if a technical problem interrupts the lesson?

Contact official support so the issue can be reviewed.

If the problem is caused by the platform or the teacher, the lesson is restored. If the cause is shared or cannot be determined, the session is rescheduled once. Problems involving the student’s connection are reviewed according to the connection time and support assistance attempted.

Can you change teachers or cancel a subscription?

You may request cancellation of a package or course without a cancellation fee. The value of unused lessons is returned to your Tartil wallet, after which you can purchase a new subscription with your chosen teacher. An existing package cannot be transferred directly between teachers.

The returned amount is calculated from the price actually paid after discounts, in proportion to the number of unused lessons.

Lessons properly delivered are not refundable under the standard cancellation policy. Your rights where a service is defective remain protected. Cancelling a course before completion removes eligibility for its completion certificate.

Are refunds credited to the wallet or the original payment method?

The standard refund route is your Tartil wallet. Duplicate payments, incorrect charges, or an inability to provide the service are reviewed to determine the appropriate refund method.

This policy does not limit any mandatory legal right to a refund through the original payment method.

How do wallet balances work?

Your basic wallet balance does not expire. Its validity is separate from the expiry date of a package or course purchased with it.

Promotional credit, where granted, is valid for 90 days, can only be used within the platform, and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.

What conduct and privacy rules apply?

Treat teachers and platform staff respectfully. Do not record lessons or disclose other people’s information.

The student’s camera is optional. The teacher’s microphone and camera must remain on during the lesson.

Do not arrange lessons or payments outside Tartil Online with teachers you met through the platform.

Accounts that breach these terms may be restricted following review, while valid financial rights remain protected.

How will changes to these terms be communicated?

Material updates will be communicated with their effective date. They will not retrospectively change rights relating to subscriptions already purchased. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
