Intellectual Property Rights at Tartil Online

Who owns Tartil Online?

Tartil Online, including its Quran learning website and mobile applications, is owned by Technoraft for Software LLC, an Egyptian limited liability company trading as Technoraft Digital Solutions. The company's Arabic legal name is شركة تكنورافت للبرمجيات, and its Arabic trading name is تكنورافت للحلول الرقمية.

What belongs to Technoraft?

Technoraft retains the intellectual property rights it owns in Tartil Online, including:

The platform's software code, website and apps, interface designs, and original database structure.
The Tartil Online name, logo, and visual identity, together with company-owned Technoraft branding.
Original text, artwork, educational resources, and marketing materials owned by the company.

Your subscription gives you access to the service on its stated terms. It does not transfer ownership of the platform or its code, or give you a right to resell it. These intellectual property rights do not give Technoraft ownership of students' or teachers' personal data.

Does this cover the Quran and everything shown on the platform?

Technoraft does not claim ownership of the Quranic text, religious rulings, or general knowledge. A particular translation, recorded recitation, learning resource, or Quran edition design may carry separate rights held by its creator or another rights holder.

Third-party materials, software, fonts, and brands remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable licences. Making them available on Tartil Online neither transfers ownership to Technoraft nor gives users unrestricted permission to reuse them.

What may I use or share?

You may use the platform and its resources for learning or teaching within the service, in line with your account permissions and the platform's terms. You may also share links to public pages and posts through the available sharing tools, keeping the source intact.

Copying, republishing, adapting, selling, or incorporating protected material into an external product or course requires written permission from the relevant rights holder, unless an applicable licence or the law permits the use. Do not remove rights notices, impersonate the platform, or use its branding to suggest a partnership or endorsement that does not exist.

Do I keep the rights to my own uploads?

Yes. You keep the rights you hold in your original materials and recorded recitations, unless a specific written agreement provides otherwise. Before uploading material, make sure you have the right to submit and display it, along with any required permissions from rights holders or people featured in it.

Uploads are made available for their intended role in the service, subject to the relevant publishing settings and access permissions. Uploading does not transfer ownership to Technoraft or authorise advertising use. Any use beyond the purpose for which the material was submitted requires appropriate permission defining its scope and duration. Certificates and verification documents are not submitted for public display.

Can lessons be recorded or participants featured publicly?

Do not record or publish lessons, or use a teacher's or student's image or voice, without the necessary permissions and compliance with platform terms and applicable law. A parent or guardian's permission is required where a child is involved. Agreeing to attend a lesson is not consent to recording or promotional use.

How do I request permission or report an infringement?

Email info@technoraft.com with your request and contact details. For permission requests, identify the material, intended use, and proposed duration. For an infringement report, include the material's link, explain the right concerned, and provide evidence of ownership or authority to act for the rights holder.

Technoraft will review the report and may request more information or restrict access to the material during its review. Any further action will depend on the facts and applicable law. Nothing in this policy waives creators' moral rights or overrides legal exceptions and mandatory rights.
